Returns & Shipping

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

Price Guarantee & Partial Refunds (if applicable)
If you see your purchase advertised at a lower price within 7 days, we will issue a partial refund for the difference. If you were billed an amount that was not accurate, we will issue a partial refund for the difference, including inaccurate shipping charges with respect to advertised rates. In both cases, simply provide proof of the advertised rate or price (such as a screenshot) and, if your request is approved, we will issue a partial refund for the discrepancy amount, per our calculation.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 1260 W Madison Street, Chicago IL, 60642.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

International Shipping
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (orders shipping outside the contiguous USA, Alaska, Hawaii, mainland U.K., and Canada) MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL TAXES AND/OR DUTIES ON ARRIVAL IN YOUR HOME COUNTRY. We cannot predict what taxes or duties foreign governments may assess and it is the recipient's responsibility to pay taxes and duties that may be due by law according to the laws of their home country and cannot guarantee you won't be billed additional fees by your local government or post unless you have selected and paid for a "DDP". We often subsidize a portion of that cost as a courtesy to make global shipping more affordable for international customers, but those discounted shipping charges do not include taxes or duties that you may be due to your home government according to its laws and regulations, and you may be required to pay on delivery or be required to pick up your package at a local post office. In both cases, additional charges may be assessed according to local policy. Additionally, any changes to international orders including cancellation requests due to inaccurate address information or any other reason may be subject to an order cancellation fee. 

Estimated Shipping Times & Shipping Guarantees
Shipping times noted at checkout are business days estimated for transit only. For all free shipping options, these times are not guaranteed. They are only estimates and do not include weekends, holidays, or 1-2 business days needed to process and ship your order (1-3 business days for international orders).

For paid shipping options, these times are guaranteed but again do not include the business days needed to process and ship your orders, excluding again weekends and holidays (for international orders, local holidays in shipping and receiving locations are also excluded when calculating guaranteed shipping time frames).

If you have paid for shipping and your order does not arrive within three business business days of the maximum shipping time frame we will refund 50% of your shipping charges, and if your paid shipping option does not arrive within five business days from the maximum timeframe, we will refund 100% of your shipping charges and reship your order via a standard shipping option, if a parcel is declared lost.

Customers may be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item at the discretion of the seller. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, all shipping and handling costs may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
